We believe every customer deserves the same high level of care and attention. The Klein family has been servicing Fairfield and New Haven Counties since 1955. Our humble beginnings started when Andrew and Gloria Klein opened a jewelry repair shop in Bridgeport Connecticut. In 1982, with their son Alan, they moved to Shelton to open a retail store, where they formed long lasting relationships with their customers. In 1992, Alan and his wife Michele took over the business and continue to strive to provide the same exceptional service. Alan, a second-generation jeweler and GIA Graduate, brings passion, expertise and a creative ability to design and redesign jewelry for his customers.
